LEGACY Spotlight: Kocktails and Kouture

The LEGACY staff recently had an opportunity to visit one of Nashville's newest destinations for savvy shoppers and diners, Kocktails and Kouture. Located in the Gulch on 11th Avenue South, the combination high-end boutique and trendy, upscale restaurant boasts tasteful black and white decor, ornate crystal chandeliers, vaulted ceilings, and contemporary banquette-style seating for larger dinner parties. Complete with an expansive designer clothing and accessories collection, the warm and innovative spot provides patrons with a uniquely unparalleled dining and shopping experience.

Co-owner Blair Bodden, a University of Alabama graduate, handles the clothing side of the business while her sister, Baley, manages the bar and restaurant. Although the duo just opened the restaurant in mid-December, they already have big plans for the space.

"We would love to host larger parties and events here," stated Blair. "We are already starting to generate interest in the space, and when the weather gets warmer, we'd love to start opening up the patio."

The restaurant, which relies on grassroots marketing and social media for advertising, offers a full menu of delectable appetizers, salads, entrees and freshly prepared drinks. During the weekend, Kocktails and Kouture features a brunch selection complete with steak and eggs, chicken and waffles, and bottomless mimosas. Guests who live in the area also enjoy discounted meals and exclusive dinner and drink menus throughout the week.
