Quest
Sports Center and Quest Performance Training
Welcomes
IMG’s Stacey Daniels to Nashville
May 29, 2013 --
Nashville, TN -- Quest Performance Training in partnership with Quest Sports
Center announced today that renowned performance training specialist Stacey
Daniels will join them as their Director of Performance. Quest Sports Center is scheduled to open
their 31,000 square foot sports complex located on four acres in Mallory Park
in Cool Springs in late June. Daniels is
internationally recognized for his elite training expertise at IMG Academy in
Bradenton, FL where he has worked with some of the best athletes in the
world.
Daniels was part of the IMG team that trained Titans running
back Chris Johnson for the 2008 combine where Johnson ran the 40-yard dash in 4.24
seconds, setting the record for his position.
While his roster of elite athletes is too long to list, Daniels has
trained the likes of Tony Romo, Byron Leftwich, Dominique Rogers-Cromartie,
Luke Keuchly (NFL), Vince Carter, Kris Humphries (NBA), Joey Votto, Ryan
Zimmerman (MLB), Tommy Haas (Pro Tennis) and Takahiro Omori (Bass Fishing
Champion) to name a few. In addition,
Daniels has been the U-17 National Soccer Team Performance Specialist for the
past decade, coaching notable athletes like Eddie Johnson and Freddy Adu.
While Daniels has an in-depth background in working with some of
the best athletes in the world, it’s youth athletics that he is excited to
develop, which he admits was part of his decision to work with Quest.
“Nashville has a great sense of community and the opportunity to
work with young athletes at Quest Sports Center to develop their talent at an
early age, work with them for an extended amount of time and watch their growth
as an athlete is truly rewarding to me,” said Daniels. “I look forward to working with every athlete,
from youth to professional, to develop and enhance their performance. In addition, I like to work with incredible
people like Quest owners, David and Holly Merrell. I am very excited to be joining the team at
Quest.”

his decision to join us.”
